Services - Introduction
IIGM as an organization focuses on providing value-added services to its clientele. Today, IIGM is an engineering organization rather than, a mere trading company. IIGM’s service objective is to “serve” customer’s needs, while making the services more affordable. IIGM has 12 regional offices and our service and applications teams comprise of over 150 professionally / internationally trained engineers who are well dispersed across the country.
Our engineers are specialists in their respective departments and have developed vast amounts of experience, both in the domestic and the overseas market. IIGM conducts regular training programs for our service engineers, both in-house, as well as at our principal facilities abroad. Our applications support in CAD/CAM/CAS is well recognized in the market for increasing the productivity of technology and minimizing wastage of raw materials, thereby, increasing the profitability of operations. Our service team is capable of handling electronic, pneumatic, as well as, the mechanical aspects of the technology provided by us.
IIGM has moved onto an ERP platform and we have developed a sound procedure and documentation system under the CSM Module (Customer Service Management) so as to, keep a track of the individual machine history, services provided, and response times. This system is dedicated to reducing our customers operating costs, through regular preventative maintenance and minimizing the breakdown time. IIGM strives hard to achieve a minimal response time, pre-installation planning, on time installation, expertise consultation, technical support and conducting training programs.
