Automated sleeve placket creasing, with laser marking for perfect positioning and easy & swift collection of pieces.

Features

Suitable for folding and pressing sleeve placket
PLC and human friendly touch screen control, may select to set different program for different pressing and folding requirements
Laser marker for assisting aligning and positioning
Equipped with vacuuming and blowing function, suitable for pressing and folding
Automatic collecting in front of the operator, swift and easy to collect the material
Easy to replace the lower mould, may equip with different sized sleeve placket shaping mould
The width of sleeve placket folded by standard folding mould is 25mm, it is also available for ordering special mould that is suitable for making sleeve placket with width between 19.1mm and 44.5mm
