Structure:
The structure is designed under human engineering and knitting principle for elegant and rigid framework. The high-quality cast components are handled with aging for long period and by aging equipments to prevent distortion. Advanced CNC and special surface treatment ensure long-term stability and durability.
Bed & Gear:
The bed and its gear is oil-bathed with hi-grade lubricant oil, so that the machine operates smoothly with low noise and the gear is sustainable and less-wear.
Drive System:
Reasonable drive system with v-belt and timing belt ensures correct transmission and provides overload protection. Imported one-way clutch bearing ensures accurate transmission and prevents reverse rotate of machine effectively.
Cylinder:
Cylinder and dial is durable as they are made of special alloy under precision processing and heat treat.
CAMS:
All cams are made of Japanese alloy die steel and processed by CNC under CAD/CAM and heat-treated. The process guarantees the correct dimension of needle track with smooth face, great hardness and wear-proof, in order to fulfill the various requirements of materials and knitting methods.
Central Stitch System:
Latest design of central stitch system is delicate, simple and stable.
Main Features:
- Adopt the 4 track cams seal design and equip with the knit cams, tuck cams. Central stitch system can adjust the fabric weight conveniently and quickly.
- The special design of feeding yarn carrier makes the lycra attached more proficiency. Adopt the humanization design, the additional middle feeding yarn transfer ring, easy for personnel observation and yarn carrying, avoid to touch operator’s body; at the same time, the yarn carrying will more freely and steady, satisfy the demand of machine operating and knitting under high speed.
- Finished structure makes the cylinder replacing more convenient. Through the different collocation of the cams, the machine can produce various different plain cloth, such as fiber covered cotton, small stripe cloth, single/ double pique mesh, cave and convex cloth, single fleece, twill and single jacquard.
- The single jersey machine can be easily changed to 3- thread- fleece and terry machine by changing the knitting kit only.
