COURSE DETAILS

1st Week :-
A brief introduction about the garment industry, types of sewing machines, steps of stitch formations, department of garment industries, Fabric, Threads, Needles Motors, Feeds, Belts, Beds, Needle gauge, conversion kit parts, Dimensions, Measurements, Spare parts, Folders, Stackers, Work Aids & other attachments, Maintenance, Lubrication, Preventive Maintenance and everything that is a part of expert industrial sewing machine training


2nd Week :-
Practical sewing machine courses using Single needle & Double needle machines along with Dismantling of major parts, assembling of the parts, sewing machine repair courses, standard adjustments and troubleshooting of the major problems etc.


3rd Week :-
Practical training on Overlock & Flat Lock machines with Dismantling of major parts, assembling of the parts with standard adjustments and troubleshooting of the major problems etc..


4th Week :-
Practical training on Feed off Arm & Button Hole machines with Dismantling of major parts, assembling of the parts with standard adjustments and troubleshooting of the major problems etc..


5th Week :-
Practical training on Computerized Bartack and Button stitch machines with Dismantling of major parts, assembling of the parts with standard adjustments and troubleshooting of the major problems etc..


6th Week :-
Students are taken to a factory visit to gain awareness about garment manufacturing processes like designing, marking, cutting, sewing, finishing and packing. Installation procedures, preventive maintenance and training on soft skills are a part of the course. Online sewing courses are also available 


A Convocation ceremony is held for every batch, to award all the students a course completion certificate.
