The degree of interaction between man and machine has reached a new level in Texprocess. The show discovered the most innovative products in the field of technical textiles and the latest processing technologies.
The Japanese company JUKI one of the major business partners in IIGM Private Limited has won The Texprocess Innovation Award for ‘new technology’ l for the model DDL-9000C, the world’s first sewing machine for which, among other things, thread tension and stitch length can be adjusted and stored via a touch screen on the machine or the special app.
Another major business partner Gerber Technology also had an Industry 4.0 session featuring Karsten Newbury who emphasized on the apparel industry strategy to include digitization.
Digital Textile Printing was one of the focal- point themes at this year’s Texprocess.
The Station showed large-scale inkjet printing in the form of sublimation printing on polyester and pigment printing on cotton and blended fabrics.
