Dyeing Machine

The G1 DM dyeing machines are mainly indicated for sampling in dyeing processes.
Indirect steam heating, No.3 water inlets, No. 1 drain valve, No. 1 litre counter, variable speed 4-450 RPM with inverter, sampling door, No. 2 tanks for chemicals, cylinder and all other parts in contact with the bath are built in AISI 316L stainless steel. The machines are equipped with a B&R processor and a LCD TFT touch screen, all functions can be automatically controlled and there are no limits in the number of programs to be stored.
Dyeing Machine

A pressurized machine, for dyeing of sample garments up to ~ 143degrees C pressure 3 Bar.
Equipped with variable speed drive. Patented by ASME, and in accordance with ECC regulations. Particularly suitable for dyeing finished garments, in polyester and blends of cotton, acrylic, nylon, tencel, micro-fibre, viscose etc. Also ideally suited to dyeing with INDANTRENE colours.
B&R industrial PC (with Windows XP), Intel processor 128 Mb RAM, LCDTFT display. As option, connection to a supervision system is available, via Ethernet.
