Brush Boot Evolution E4
Tonello's Brush Robot E4 is a patented system devised for automatic treatment of jeans by brushing. With this system it is possible to give jeans a "Used Look " without using sand-blasting or chemical products.
This system is equipped with:
- Four brushes , adjustable rotation speed with parameters on video, installed on 2 saddles, each of which moves on six independent axes.
- The system can operate either with all the brushes simultaneously, when there are large areas to be abraded, or with just two brushes, one on the front and one on the back of the garment, for good esults when trimming or brushing particularly small areas on jeans.
- Two working stations (manikins), one of which operates inside the machine, and the other externally in order to allow pantsto be loaded and unloaded while work is in progress.
- Double automatic dust gathering device with convenient cleaning drawers.
The controller is a micro-processor type, consisting of a B&R PLC with built-in boards for axes check, and an industrial PC with Pentium processor, LCD TFT 10,4 "colour TOUCH SCREEN; this permits the system to be set up easily and gives control of all the running operations plus, of course, allowing a precise definition of the area to be brushed.
The PC is equipped with a modem which provides on-line contact with our customer service department, and with a FLOPPY DRIVE with standard floppy disks of 1,44 MB for storing a large number of different working recipes, and to allow these to be transferred from one machine to another machine of the same model.
Power supply: the machine is equipped with a transformer which means it can be adapted to the different power supply specifications of various countries.
