IIGM has well established ISM service department having technically sound and internationally trained service engineers on Sewing, Embroidery, Cutting, Washing and Finishing equipments.

We have been successfully catering to our clients, by giving our best service and technical support to maintain their sophisticated equipments, so as to maximize productivity with minimal breakdown cost. In return, we have satisfied many customers, who prefer to treat us as their sole technology partners.

Our technical staff is well versed and trained to provide an international standard of technical support and service. IIGM focuses on having its technical staff trained regularly to provide more effective services to our esteemed clients. Our technical department is authorized from our principals to issue a machine calibration certificate on behalf of them.

The IIGM technical team strategy is to develop new attachments to satisfy our clients with their needs in the sewing line. We provide advanced training to the operator and supervisor, on how to use the machine efficiently to enhance the productivity and to obtain a good quality seam. We also conduct a training program for the maintenance staff, on preventive maintenance and break down maintenance of the machines.

IIGM has expertise in analyzing the break down of sewing operation and the machines requirements in the form of attachment's, work aids and stackers, so as to increase the productivity and to produce superior quality apparel.

IIGM has recently started a folder and attachment manufacturing division to manufacture all type of folder’s to cater our clients needs.
