IIGM Hi-Tech is committed and well trained to look after the Hi technology products.

This dept. has more than ten engineer in the country who have been well trained and internationally exposed to the Hi-tech products servicing apparel and home textile Hi-Tech equipments.

Hi-Tech Dept. handles projects like pre-installation and support in technical based and preparation method in the material handling equipment. Our main responsibility is not only to install the equipment but also train in handling the minor break down to the onsite customer engineers. As a routine we keep a regular general visit to the site and ensure that the equipment in working and running condition. By providing the best service and regular maintenance of the equipment we are providing the customer in saving time and cut down in mechanical and electronics issues with the system which in turn helps in the productivity and working life of the equipment.

We do also render Application support in analyzing the line balance, software support , upgrading in the production output and coordinating the same with our customer in helping them to improve their daily production.
