Another objective of project division is Promotion and application of best practices and knowledge across the garment manufacturers for improvement of productivity on the shop floor.

Our activities include:

• Factory Studies
  This includes Material flow analysis according to the order of the process, Motion study & Time study,Analyzing the methods used for the operations. Suggesting improvements for improvement of productivity, based on the study done.


• Production Seminars
  Production management, control & training seminars, for supervisors, Industrial engineers and Shop floor to empower them with concepts of productivity improvement.


• Method improvement
  Recently we have also launched a dress shirt sewing manual with standardized workstations for individual operations. We undertake complete project for implementation of the same.
