The Gerber spreader TS 100 is an automatic cloth spreader specifically designed to spread tubular knit fabrics in a face-to-face mode.
Quarterturn function
Equipment for the quarterturn spreading mode is available as an option and can easily be mounted and removed by the operator.
Increased productivity, higher quality
With machine drive speeds up to 100 m/min. (110 yds./min.), the TS 100 provides high-speed spreading of tubular fabrics from either flatfolded bundles or rolled goods. Utilizing dual-cylinder feed rollers that are synchronized to the machine drive, superior fabric tension control is attained while spreading end loss is minimized.The easily adjustable size divider allows the tubular fabric to be spread wrinkle-free and edge-aligned accurately.
Simple to use and reliable
The TS 100 can be delivered with a factory-mounted fabric inspection light, allowing the operator to inspect the fabric as it is being spread.The automatic chain tighteners ensure long-term, trouble-free performance and reduce maintenance to a minimum. Easy-to-use controls and operation procedures make training fast and simple.
