Gerber Synchron spreaders unroll material from a specially designed cradle that spreads fabric without tension ensuring cut parts are accurate and remain accurate over time. By providing precise and consistent spread length and accurately aligning fabric edges, Synchron spreaders enables parts to be nested closer to the beginning, end and edges of the spread, reducing fabric waste and maximizing material usage.

The Synchron GERBERspreader spreads even the most difficult fabrics at speeds up to 100 m/min (110 yds/min). A state-of-the-art cutting device cuts extremely fast in both directions.
Ergonomically designed for easy use.
The cradle feed system with electric cradle tilt offers easy and fast loading/unloading and threading and rewinding of fabric rolls up to 250 kg (525 lbs). The unique speed throttle ensures essential system functions are within reach and enables one-hand operation. The easy-to-use touch control panel includes 25 preset fabric settings for fast system configuration. Synchron spreaders employ the latest microelectronic circuitry, for a streamlined, compact unit that is easily accessible for maintenance.
