Basic Sewing Machine Maintenance Course (BSMMC)
Covers basic explanation on garments and accessories, practicals on single needle machine, double needle machine, button hole machine, button stitch machine, bar tack machine, over lock machine and feed off arm machine. (which includes disassambly and assembly of machine parts, problems understanding, diagonising and rectifying of machines with trouble shooting systems)
Course duration : 5 weeks
Advanced Machine Course (AMC)
Covers theoretical and practical training on special machine like computerized bartack, computerised button stitch, computerized button hole, eyelet button hole machine, pocket welting and programming machine, etc.
Course duration : 3 weeks
Knits Machine Maintenance Course (KMMC)
Covers theoretical and pratical training of knits sewing machines like over lock machine, flat lock machine and flat lcok with under bed trimmer machines.
Course duration : 2 weeks
Basic Electronics And Pneumatics Course (BEPC)
Covers basic applications of electronics and pneumatics on industrial sewing machines which covers electronic applications, components and trouble shooting and pneumatic applications, air circulations, compressors and pneumatic working systems.
Course duration : 2 weeks
Cutting Room Equipments Course (CREC)
Covers important aspects of preventive maintenance of different types of cutting machines.
Course duration : 1 week
